We want you to be happy with Kaleidal Map. You can try it free before buying, and if a paid plan isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

One-time purchases

Ask within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Your licence is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time and you won't be charged again; you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full. Renewals aren't refunded unless required by law, so cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to continue.

Try before you buy

Pro comes with a free 7-day trial, no card needed, so you can make sure it works for your projects before paying.

How to ask

Email support@kaleidal.com with the email address you bought with, or use the link in your receipt from Paddle, which processes all refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't reduce any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. Where local law gives you a longer cancellation period — for example the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK, which ends once you start using the software after agreeing to immediate access — that longer period applies.
